Returns and Exchanges
Above all, Frank and Beanz priority is making you and your pup happy and deliver awesome service to our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

House Rules:
- Items can be returned for store credit only. A super cute gift certificate will be delivered to you via email. I'm sorry, we cannot issue refunds.
- All exchange requests must be received within 15 days* of the date you received your order.
- Sale items are final and not eligible for an exchange.
- Exchange items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached. Which means no dog hair or gravy train stains please!
- Include your return sheet and original receipt.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless we made a boo boo.

- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the conditions below are not met:

- Items have been worn, used, washed and/or altered from a long sleeve sweater to a tank top.
- Items are not returned in original packaging and is balled up in a tennis ball container.
- Items do not have original tags and it's a shirt from Petco.
- Packaged goods are not returned unopened and in new, resell-able condition
- Items contain any pet residue (hair, smell, stains, etc.)
- Returned without a receipt.
- Returned after 15 days of purchase

Damaged items:
If an item arrives to you and is damaged in any way, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective merchandise. Please, supply an order number, date and item number when contacting us. We may ask for a photo of the defective merchandise, if necessary.

Instructions for Exchanges:
Send an email to exchanges to glincy@frankandbeanz.com within seven (7) days upon receipt of the item.
Please include the following in your email:
Order Number
Date of Purchase
Name of item
Your complete name and shipping address

We will contact you within 24 hours to review your request.
Upon receiving your email, we will email you the Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number along with a form for you to fill out to include in your return to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Whatever it may be, Frank & Beanz will be happy to work something out to where you're happy.
